Driver Settlement Software

Driver Settlements You Can Check Line by Line Before You Pay

Company drivers, owner-operators, tractor owners, dispatchers, and office staff, each paid the way your deal with them actually works. Truxello builds every statement from the loads, the fuel card, and the recurring charges, so Friday payroll takes minutes instead of your evening.

Why settlements eat your week

In a small fleet, settlements are usually one person with a spreadsheet, a stack of rate cons, and a fuel card export. Every driver is on a slightly different deal. One is on 88% of revenue, one on 62 cents a loaded mile, one leases a trailer from you and is paying back a $750 advance. Every week someone recalculates it all by hand, and every mistake turns into a phone call from a driver who thinks they were shorted.

Truxello does that arithmetic from the data you already have. Loads, accessorials, fuel purchases, and recurring deductions land on the right statement automatically, and you review the finished statement instead of building it.

Everything a real pay deal has in it

Pay terms are a list of lines, not one rate, so you can model the deal you actually agreed to.

Every pay structure

Per loaded, empty, or total mile, percentage of revenue, flat per load, extra stops, detention, layover, and dispatcher commission — combined however each deal needs.

Owner-operators & tractor owners

Settle a tractor, not just whoever drove it this week. Loaded and empty miles, the owner’s share, and their deductions on one statement.

Deductions that behave

Trailer rent, insurance, and advances as recurring charges. Balances come down each week, partial payments are shown, and nothing is billed twice.

Fuel card reconciliation

Import EFS, WEX, and Comdata transactions, or let drivers snap receipts in the app. Fuel lands on the right settlement and feeds IFTA at the same time.

Dispatchers & office staff

Salaries quoted weekly, monthly, or yearly, and dispatcher commission on the loads they booked — in the same Pay Center as your drivers.

Statements drivers recognize

Your company on the letterhead, pay components on every load, and year-to-date gross and net that show their arithmetic. Drivers see their settlements in the mobile app.

A pay run in four stages

Work Friday’s payroll a stage at a time instead of a person at a time.

  1. PendingPay periods open and close on the schedule you set once, like “Monday at noon.” Delivered loads collect on the right statement.
  2. In ReviewCheck each statement line by line: loads, accessorials, fuel, and deductions, with the source of every number.
  3. ReviewedFix anything that looks off, then mark it reviewed so nobody changes it by accident.
  4. ClosedPay, close the period, and the statement is ready for the driver. Balances and year-to-date totals roll forward.

Settlements are included on every plan

No payroll add-on and no per-statement fee. Plans differ only by how many trucks and people you have.

Solo
$20/mo

Driver settlement questions

Can I pay company drivers and owner-operators differently?

Yes. Every payee has their own pay terms: per loaded, empty, or total mile, revenue share, flat, extra stops, detention, layover, and dispatcher commission, with as many lines as the deal needs.

How are fuel card charges deducted?

Import EFS, WEX, or Comdata transactions and they reconcile onto the right driver’s or tractor’s settlement as deductions, next to recurring charges like trailer rent or insurance.

Can I track an advance a driver is paying back?

Yes. Advances and other balances come down each pay period by the amount you set, partial payments are shown on the statement, and nothing is deducted twice.

I’m switching mid-year. Will year-to-date totals be right?

Yes. Enter each driver’s opening year-to-date figures when you add them, and statements carry the correct totals from the first week.
